IPAC constructed a temporary wooden pedestrian pathway near Fleet Street and Strachan Avenue in Toronto to support safe pedestrian movement and crowd flow for FIFA World Cup-related activity — a wide wooden walkway along an active urban corridor creating a safe, level, accessible surface for increased pedestrian traffic, with careful site coordination and public-safety focus in a busy downtown environment.
