IPAC Paving Ltd. provides professional asphalt paving, parking lot resurfacing, and road repair services across the GTA - including the supply and placement of hot mix asphalt for roads, parking lots, walkways, and patching applications. Our experienced crews handle every aspect of the paving process, including tack coat application, traffic control, and detailed work around catch basins and manholes, ensuring a smooth, durable, high-quality finished surface for commercial, industrial, and municipal projects.
Concrete Work (Curbs, Sidewalks & Structural Concrete)
Comprehensive concrete construction and repair: sidewalks, curbs, pads, and structural concrete. IPAC’s concrete crews perform removal and replacement of damaged concrete, catch basin reconstruction, manhole adjustments, toe wall construction, and culvert end treatments. We also handle concrete road base and infrastructure-related concrete work for municipalities, property managers, and commercial developments across the GTA.
Excavation, Grading & Site Preparation
Full-service excavation, grading, and site preparation to support paving and infrastructure projects: removal and disposal of subsoil and granular road bases, plus supply, placement, and grading of imported granular materials forming the foundation of pavement structures. Capabilities extend to earthworks, ditch grading, park and watercourse work, and installation support for underground infrastructure including storm, sanitary, and watermain systems.
Asphalt Milling & Pulverizing Services
Specialized milling and pulverizing for roadway rehabilitation and surface preparation: partial and full-depth asphalt removal, lap joint pulverizing, and road sweeping - surfaces properly prepared for resurfacing and new asphalt. Essential for extending pavement life and improving surface performance for commercial and municipal projects.

Engineering Design & Technical Support
Through qualified engineering partners, IPAC provides access to professional engineering support for paving, drainage, parking lot rehabilitation, and site infrastructure: site assessments, parking lot configuration, drainage planning, catch basin repair design, subdrain recommendations, design drawings, as-built documentation, testing coordination, and final reports prepared or reviewed by a licensed P.Eng. where required.
