Overview

IPAC was awarded RFQ 23-16 (lowest of four bids) to rehabilitate ~7.9 km across two corridors — County Road 25 (Cramahe, 6.1 km) and County Road 10 (Port Hope, 1.8 km) — plus miscellaneous asphalt padding; all labour, equipment, materials and supervision, with one lane of traffic kept open throughout.
