Multi-Street Road Surface Repairs
IPAC Paving completed municipal road surface repair work for the City of Peterborough across multiple streets and construction seasons. The project involved asphalt resurfacing and related civil works on active municipal roadways, requiring careful coordination with traffic, public access, and municipal requirements. The 2024 work included streets such as Brock Street, Sheridan Street, George Street, Simcoe Street, and Water Street. The project record also identified additional 2025 locations, including McDonnell Street, Murray Street, Parkhill Road, and Water Street. The scope included asphalt removal and replacement, placement of hot-mix asphalt surface courses, concrete curb and gutter replacement, catch basin and manhole-related work, water valve chamber adjustments, removal and replacement of storm structures, traffic control, line painting, and pavement symbols.
