BentallGreenOak Portfolio — Multi-Site Pavement Rehabilitation

IPAC was engaged to complete pavement rehabilitation and site improvement work across multiple BentallGreenOak retail and industrial properties in Ontario. The project included asphalt milling, parking lot resurfacing, full-depth pavement rehabilitation, granular base repairs, concrete curb and sidewalk replacement, crack sealing, pavement markings, speed bump installation, bollard-related improvements, catch basin protection, and other site improvements. Because the work was completed at active commercial and industrial properties, IPAC carefully phased the construction to reduce disruption to tenants, customers, service vehicles, and daily site operations. The project required coordination with the consultant and property management team while maintaining safe access throughout the work.
