Airfield Modification Phase 1 — CFB Trenton
IPAC Paving supported the Airfield Modification Phase 1 project at CFB Trenton, including asphalt rehabilitation and paving work associated with Runway 06-24 and Taxiway Papa areas. The scope included partial-depth and full-depth milling, full-depth asphalt and asphalt/concrete composite removals, concrete replacement, crack repairs, hot-mix asphalt levelling, binder course placement, surface course placement, and electrical trench repairs. IPAC also supported the project through asphalt production using its mobile asphalt plant capabilities, helping meet the volume and schedule requirements of a major airfield rehabilitation program. The work required strict coordination with the general contractor, base authorities, Department of National Defence security requirements, controlled site access, airfield movement rules, traffic and access coordination, and extended or weekend shifts as required.
