Fortinos — Appleby Line Pavement Rehabilitation & Site Improvements

IPAC was engaged to complete pavement rehabilitation and site improvement work at an active Fortinos commercial retail property on Appleby Line in Burlington, Ontario. The project included rehabilitation of parking lot and roadway pavement areas, along with targeted concrete improvements at pedestrian and storefront access locations. The asphalt work included removal of existing pavement, base and subbase repairs, placement of grading stone, new HL8 binder course asphalt, HL3 surface course asphalt, tack coat application, and reinstatement of pavement markings. The concrete portion included removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalk and curb areas, installation of new monolithic concrete curb and sidewalk, tactile plates, and concrete frost slabs in front of four store entrances.
