Clarkson Crossing — Pavement Rehabilitation & Site Improvements

IPAC was engaged to complete pavement rehabilitation and site improvement work at Clarkson Crossing, a commercial retail property located on Southdown Road in Mississauga. The project included asphalt pavement resurfacing and reconstruction, heavy-duty and medium-duty pavement repairs, granular dressing, tack coat, hot-mix asphalt placement, concrete curb and sidewalk replacement, monolithic curb and slab work, accessibility-related concrete improvements, bollard installation, pavement markings, drainage improvements, catch basin repairs, and subdrain installation. Because the work was performed at an active retail property, construction was planned and staged to maintain safe access for tenants, customers, delivery vehicles, service vehicles, and pedestrians.
