Lincoln Alexander Public School — Site Improvements

IPAC was engaged to support the site improvement program at Lincoln Alexander Public School, located at 38 Hillmount Road in Markham, Ontario. The work focused on improving the school's paved exterior areas through pavement rehabilitation, asphalt reconstruction, drainage improvements, and related civil site upgrades. The scope included asphalt removal and reconstruction, granular base and subbase preparation, proof rolling, soft spot repairs where required, light-duty asphalt paving, storm servicing, subdrain installation, catch basin-related improvements, concrete and restoration work, and coordination of fencing and site features. Because the work was performed within a school environment, the project required careful site planning, safety controls, protection of existing services, coordination with the consultant and school board requirements, and a construction approach designed to support safe access, drainage performance, and long-term pavement durability.
